Yes, this is normal.
To stop the warning you either can lower the security to LOW, which is
NOT recommended because that would stop all protection against
possible macro viruses...or...use only templates that have digital
signatures attached to the code.
This template does not have a digital signature, since you're not
getting a notice to accept one...so manually accepting the macros by
clicking ENABLE is what you will need to do. That...or get a better
addin that has been signed.
If you rename the file then it will not be recognized and, hence, will
not get added in to work as it should.
