Macros disappearing

I have created a template that is used by several people in my company. What
is happening is that the macros are "disappearing" totally (no longer showing
in the available macros list) or becoming "unattached" from the applicable
checkbox/field when anyone but me uses it. This problem does not seem to
happen at the same point every time, but it seems to occur sporatically.

Help...How can we all share the same template without this happening?

Don't even try. Put a copy of the template onto each user's computer so each
user has exclusive access to his own copy.
