Macros in the Global Template

Hi,

We're running the 2003 version and have created a macro that queries the
database, opens each project plan (based on the query results), and saves
each plan locally onto a shared drive. We use this to archive our plans at
the end of the week. The problem is that I wrote that macro and am the only
one who can see it. I would like for others who have access to the Global
Template to see it and be able to use it as well. Do you know how I can do
that?

Thank you, Diaa. I was able to get the code in there, but the Run button is
deactivated in the Macros dialog box. Can I do something to change this?

try to give the users read access for the enterprise template
from the category configurations
