Macros

Can any one help as to how you can permantly remove
Macros in a work sheet.
I have tried to egnore as per the drop down box
but they still appear,
when a spreadsheet is opened it asks to either enable or
disable I actually wish to remove tis message completely
Can You Help|???????????????
