I developed a template using various macros, macrobuttons and Visual Basic Editor. The macros work great for me but not when I send the template to other users. They have been instructed to change the security level to medium. They get the message to enable macros the first time its open but when they return to the template, the macros no longer work. Sometimes, the "enable macros" window does not even appear.

Nevermind. Microsoft Word has various protection measures for viruses that may be contained in macros received from other sources. Therefore, when sharing a template with macros, templates should be located in the "Template Folder" where its considered a truste location. Once I had users do this, all macros worked all the time.
