I do not know how to "open" macro's and can not print a
letter?...All the things I am reading are too confusing.
Is there an easy way to get macro's working. I did as I
was instructed and put the Windows disc in and it did
nothing..Is ther as easy way to fix or do I need to call
a professional?

How about if you back up a bit and explain what you are trying to do and
what result you are getting? As it is, you've described your attempt at a
solution but not what the problem is.
