You can write the files onto the CD-R/RW if you are using a CD burner. You
can't save it directly. The cd burner should comes with a programme such as
Nero - Burning ROM.
Alternately, if you are using windows xp, after inserting the blank cd, you
can double click on the cd rom drive, drag in the ppt file, then click on
"Write these files to CD" under CD Writing Tasks.
If you are using PowerPoint 2003, you can also consider using Package to CD
which will include a viewer so that users without PowerPoint can also view
the presentation(click File > Package to CD > Copy to CD).
