Need help making graph

Sounds simple but I'm new to Power Point.

I made the attached graph in Illustrator and want to make it in Power point so people can edit it.

Can anyone help?

I'm not sure I follow - why does it need to be in Powerpoint?

I need to pass it onto people who will be changing the graph info regularly. I won't be involved once I pass it on.
They only know how to use Power Point

Powerpoint isn't really designed for that kind of thing, do you think they'd be able to use Excel?
