What I'm saying is you posted to an Outlook group for a question relating to
outlook express, which has its own groups for support.

You misunderstood. DL was simply telling you that you posted your question
in the wrong place. This group has nothing to do with Outlook Express and
never has. This newsgroup is for support of Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002, 2003
& 2007
from the Office family for Intel PCs. For Outlook Express (OE), Windows
Live Mail or Vista Windows Mail support try posting in one of these
newsgroups:

microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress for OE 4.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop for Windows Live Mail
microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail for Vista Windows Mail

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

Another good source of info can be found here:
