Mail and Contacts files

Hi,
I wish to copy my Outlook mail and Contacts folders from an old hard drive
to my new one. What are the names of the requisite files and what folders
would I
find them in.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
