I HAD to share this with you all! I had a ticket in which a user had email
going directly to the deleted items folder w/o getting opened. Her contacts
were being deleted too. We gave her more space on the server, checked all
rules (none there), removed profile, added, uninstalled office,
reinstalled... after all this she FINALLY told us that her blackberry had
been stolen. Solution? Someone had taken it and was trying to use it,
deleting her emails and contacts and adding their own contacts. (needless to
say we called their "grandma smith" on the contact list!) A funny story, but
also a reminder with all this new technology to ask a user if they have a
blackberry, and if so, where is it!
