'Mail Box is full' what can I do ?

I keep receiving messages from 'mail delivery software' that my inbox is
full, I deal with my emails as they arrive.
Two other pc's receive the emails as well.
I am unable to receive emails sometimes and then they eventually arrive,
sometimes up to a week after they have been sent.
How can I remedy this, please

I think I mentioned this in the other thread, you need to turn off the
setting to leave mail on the server on at least on of your machines or the
messages will just pile up in your mailbox.

In the properties of the mail account, go to the Advanced tab and turn off
the option to leave mail on the server.

In your multiple questions, you're still leaving out many details that would
allow the bulk of us to provide better help. Things like... where your mail
is coming from, etc. Are you the person that setup the machines or would
that be the person that left recently?
