Mail cannot be deleted on Outlook 2003

I have some save to a subfolder, but on one day, the mail index for
that subfolder goes blank, with only a word "none" on the received
field. I cannot highlight them, or even delete them (it popup with the
message asking me to check the permission, but I am the adminstrator
with all rights). Today, I experienced the same with another subfolder
(Quarantine) where all message suddenly goes blank. Anyone know what's
wrong and how can I delete these emails?

For clarification, are you saying that the body of the actual email message
which you once could read becomes blank? Or are you saying that the email
disappears?

I cannot click on that email's index line at all, thus, I don't know
if the actual email is still there. But surely all field (subject,
from etc) are changed to blank, and the received field changed to
none.

Can you delete the entire folder? Right-click "Quarantine" and choose
"Delete Quarantine"
