mail checker

Is there a mail checker available for outlook that will run at all times
checking my mail server say every 5 minutes and notify me taht there is mail
waiting. The only way i seem to be able to do thi is by opening outlook
everytime or leaving it running.

I use MailWasher and it also has some very good anti-spam features.
