I am aware that at least one person received my e-mail I sent takes one to
three days late. I have confirmed it checking the headers of the message. My
mail reaches my ISP within a minute. But it takes days to arrive at
receiver's ISP. This person has a Yahoo address, but it may be happening at
other addresses as well. How can I identify the "guilty" party or find a
fix.
