Mail Delivery Error

I have just changed ISPs. Though email works through the
ISPs webmail site, I am unable to send messages with
Outlook though I can receive. I get error message
0x800ccc7f. Help please.

Change your SMTP (outgoing) mail server to the one your new ISP specified -
including authenticating to it if need be. Check with their support.
