mail delivery notification

How can I set my e-mail to notify me when the recipient
has received or opened the e-mail I sent?

In message window, open File/Properties, check "Read
receipt requested," "Delivery receipt requested," or both.

Check the appropriate box(es) in View>Options (in the Compose window menu).
If you want it enabled for all messages, Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Tracking Options.
