We are running excg5.5,nt4.0srv, the user is using outlook
xp. he has 2 contacts in a group of 7 people that emails.
The 2 contacts sometimes dosen't receive, or receives his
email late an hour or a day later. The rest of the group
receives his mail fine. I had another user sitting next to
him to send an email to the user at the same time he did
and the person next to him email arrived ok, but the users
email never made it. No bounceback to indicate what
happened. At one time he could email these 2 people
without any problems. The only recent change that happened
is that office sp3 was applied. help please.
