Mail Favorite Folders

I would love it if someone could tell me how to get rid
of "in Personal Folders" after each and every entry in my
Favorite Folders?

I don't think there's any way to get rid of that -- Outlook 2003 will put
that phrase after every folder that's not in your default mail store.
