Mail gets stuck in Outbox

Sometimes mail gets stuck in the outbox and eventually I can get it to go. I
get a time out message for the pop3 server.

At other times I have no problem. When using Outlook Express I never have
this problem.

Increase your server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your account
properties pages.
