Mail going into incorrect folders

I have installed Office 2003 and now my mail is going into incorrect folders - examples:
1. No mail goes into Inbox
2. Junk Mail seems to be o.k except that it is also copying junk mail to another personal folder called SARA
3. I have no rules to send mail to delete folder - but everything that is not going to Junk is going there.
I've checked my rules (only have one) and this doesn't make sense.
Can anybody help with this?
