mail icon in control panel not present.

Should there be a mail icon in control panel with the Windows XP
OS ?
I dont have MS OFFICE installed, I am using Outlook Express

Athena [MVP-Outlook]

The Mail icon only appears in the XP Control Panel when you install Outlook (from Office) and it appears in the User Accounts group.
