mail in out box does not get sent

I have an e-mail sitting in my out box that just will NOT go. It has no
attachments or anything else different about it. I have tested the account
and the test mail goes through just fine. I have changed outgoing mail from
mail.mysite.com to smtp.myisp.com to no avail. Other e-mails have been sent,
leaving this one behind each time. I have checked the e-mail address - it is
valid and I have sent to it many time before. Any suggestions? Linda

Roady [MVP]

Place Outlook offline (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete it.
