mail in outbox folder

MS WMP10 Beta unistall a looser

I have a user in Outlook 2003 who has mail that is stuck in his outbox. I
have tried clicking on another directory and then clicking send to no avail.
He is connecting to an exchange server and all the proper settings are set
for his mail to go out, thought it doesn't. Any ideas.

This message is probably too large. Try using file | work offline. See if
you can delete the outbox item.

File> offline and then close the Outlook program.
Re-open in offline mode and delete the e-mail
remember to re-open Outlook and work online
