mail merge address on postcards

You need to build a data base. Publisher has a list builder. What version
Publisher? If you are using 2007, Tools, Mailings and Catalogs, Create Address
list. Or use Access or Excel. There is a lot of help here:

If you have an earlier version the method is about the same.
If you are using 2007 in page setup use one of the Avery postcard templates.
