Mail Merge and Others

ok, i have name and address fields in my form, what i want to do is
click a button and make envelopes automatically, and second of all i
want to click a different button and have a letter generate with the
name and address appearing at the top of the page, alongside a
watermark with my company logo, and a pre typed body of information.
somebody said a mail merge would work but i have not a clue about them.
can anyone helpo me with this problem?

Might you want to ask this in a WORD newsdroup? This is for MSAccess, a
relational database
