I am trying to use the mail merge function with my postcards. My cards are
set to print 4 to a page and the mail merge gives me a page worth of the same
address so i get 4 of the same address. Not what i am looking for. Please

It may be too late for you, but maybe it will help someone else. On the
print set up page, there are a couple of options. Multiple copies per sheet
give you the same address on each one on the pages. Multiple pages per sheet
give you different addresses on the same page. Hope this helps.

Sorry if I missed it, but has anyone solved the mail-merge issue in Publisher, where you get 4 copies of the same address on each page, instead of the 4 individual addresses desired?

What version Publisher?
In 2007, be certain you have multiple pages per sheet enabled in the >>File,
Mail Merge screen.

If you have Publisher 2002 or 03, print preview shows four entries all the same,
it is a Publisher bug. It will print correctly. There is a test print on the
print screen if you are unsure.
