Whenever I open a publisher merge document, I get a message saying Outlook is
closed, when it is open. So I cannot link to a contact in BCM to mail a
flyer. does any body know how to correct this. I followed all of the setup
instructions on the help button, except for running the BCM setup wizard. I
could not find the setup wizard on trhe help drop down.
