Mail Merge Data Base

I have windows XP Professional 2003. I would like to know if I can take the
MDB database that I have and transfer it into the access data base. I also
have data in excel sheets that I would to transfer into access data. Is this
possible and can you refer us to a Canadian Distributer?

MDBs are Access databases. You can also import or link to Excel spreadsheets
from Access databases. What type of distributor? Do you mean a programmer?
