MAIL MERGE DETAIL RECORDS PER PAGE

I have a jpg fax form which I want to mail merge data from a excel that has
doctors names and patient services. I want to each page to show the doctor's
name and then
list 5 patients and services per page, My problem is the patients repeat
each page
and if a new doctor appears the previous patient appears with that doctor.

Sounds like you needs a "one-to-many" type of merge. You'll find a discussion
