Mail merge email remove image from attachment

In a word document I've attached a picture jpg file and used access to merge
names to word to mail merge an email. It is attaching the picture image in
the attachment of the email. I want to remove that image. Any suggestions?

That is how mail merge works. You need to use VBA or a utility. See
