Mail Merge Field Errors

Mail Merge Error

I'm using the mail merge feature, importing information from my excel
spreadsheet. The field is not pulling in the data. It's pulling in 2 fields
as zero's. I'm unable to determine a cause. It is not due to formatting,
and I'm at a loss. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

The cause depends on what's in the Excel cells and, just as importantly,
what's in the Excel column headings. Post back with more details and a
definitive answer will likely be possible.
