Mail Merge from Outlook

I am creating name tags with pictures. I would like to merge contacts from
Outlook and alos use the picture in the contact profile, is this posible?

What version Publisher?

You might try the catalog merge or use the regular mail merge, convert to a
publication in step 5 or 3 depending on the version. Once you do that you can
insert the pictures and do a page setup for a name tag.
