Mail merge in Office 2007

Hi All,
I am having quite bizzare situation where when we are mail merging Word 2007
stops responding. The souce is Excel file. I tried with xls and csv but in
both cases it stopped.
The only reason I see is that Word might finds duplicate records but it does
not stop thre.

If you start your Mail Merge from Outlook, does it work any better?
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/startletter.asp provides excellent
instructions and I have always found it easier constructing a mail merge
from Outlook rather than Word.

Hi Milly,
We are extracting the e-mail recipients from our CRM and will not be
convenient to start Mail Marge from Outlook. Do you think as the export is
done in Excel 2000/2003 fromat this coul be the cause of the issue?

I am having the same problem. Anytime I touch the mail merge or label maker
it stops responding. I also get an response like AZWizard Module. What is
this?
