Mail Merge in Publisher 2003

I'm trying to print labels from a Microsoft Works database file. Some label
entries have company name, address, and city and state. Most of the labels
have an individual's name before the company name. For some reason, the
individual's name indents to the right about a half a space. In other words,
it is not flush left like the other 3 lines of information and looks
terrible. Any ideas?

I'd go into Works and backspace the entries.
