mail merge on windows 2003 with terminal server

I am using citrix which maps user local disk as c$ on Client V: and my
application dumps and data source on clients disk say c:\test\quote.txt.
Through my appln. when he generates quote a quotation template opens and when
he click on mail merge it picks up data from data source ie
\\client\c$\test\quote.txt and it works ok.

When working on windows 2003 Terminal server when I change path of the
exsisting template ie. \\tsclient\c\test\quote.txt

it gives error " mail is mail merge doucument. Word cannot find data source,
\\tsclient\c\test\quote.txt
