Mail Merge pg 2

Thank you I got it to work.

What apparently happens is when I do a mail merge it produces a large file
with names 1 through 30 on page 1, 2 through 31 on page 2 etc. When I print
the labels on a test sheet it prints only the labels that I need.

My pleasure and I am glad you got it to work. Yes, the 1-30, 31-60, etc is
the way the mail merge is supposed to work.
