Mail Merge Print Problems

I am printing an address list to labels using Word's mail merge feature. The
printer is a dot matrix printer using tractor feed labels. It is skipping 2
rows of labels at the bottom of every page. I have checked and rechecked to
make sure I am using the correct label number, and even tried cresting a
custom label, but it still skips 2 rows of labels at the bottom of every
page. Can anyone help?
