Mail merge response from Doug Robbins- directory displayed in grid

Doug- I used the link - all worked well- however the merge is leaving a big
space between Directory fields- any idea how to format how the merge looks-
reduce gap between lines- put in grid format?

There is no visual basic code involved with performing that operation.
