Mail Merge Templates

I downloaded a label template off of Microsoft Online and would like to merge
by address into the template. i have been working on this for some time now
and it's driving me crazy. i think i am successful, but then i look and
there are all the same names on one page. Help..can someone please provide
step by step procedures on how to get this done.

I agree: Mail Merge could use some work. I usually have to mess with it a
few time before I get it right.

If not, post back with the version of Word you are using.

i have done this time and time again. When i try to edit individual labels,
the same name appears on each label.
