Mail Merge with 3 Forms Per Page

I am trying to do a mail merge to continuous form feed paper on a dot matrix printer that is formatted with 3 forms per 8.5 x 11 sheet. I can get it to print on form number 1 on the page, but then it feeds the paper past forms 2 and 3, and then prints the next one on form 1 on the next page

Changing the size of the paper to a height of 3.67 does not seem to have any effect

How do I get it to print on all 3 forms on each page?
