I am using a query in Access 2000 as my data source. When I open my letter in
Word and attempt to select my recipients, I find that the order does not
match the order in the query. IE ZipCode is listed before LastName.
I can manually change the order each time I open the document, but how do I
keep the order in the same sequence as the query?
