Mail Merge Zip+4

ReneeB

Hello,

I need to do a mail merge on the back of a postcard. The only pt that's
giving me a problem is adding the +4 of the zipcode at the end. How do I do
so without cutting and pasting the +4 at the end of the zipcode field? All
suggestions are appreciated. :)

Note: I am using Publisher 2003 & the +4 is in a separate field in the
excel spreadsheet that holds the addresses.

Not sure what the problem is, when you insert the zip code aren't the four other
numbers available to insert from your data? Insert the zip code, space, insert
the four numbers. This should work unless the four numbers aren't part of the
Excel address list.

The four digit extention is available, but when I select Address Block as my
insertion for the merge, that extension isn't one of the options in the pull
down menu. If I add it directly after my address block, will it interfere
with the flow of my next record?
