Mail Merge

I' m using word 2003 and outlook to create a mailing list. When I try to make
labels none of the label information come up. Just blank labels. Is there a
problem with mail merge or a special trick they don't tall you about

Can you expand on what you mean by "none of the label information come up"?
Do you mean you didn't see an option to select a label type? Do you mean
after you preformed the merge you didn't see your label data? Do you mean
after you selected the label type all you saw was a blank document without
the label "lines"? If the latter you need to turn on your Table gridlines.
(A table is used for your the layout of your labels.) You'll find the Show
Gridlines command under the Table menu.
