Mail Merge

We are trying to use mail merge to send a newsletter via e-mail. We need
several columns with images, and have attempted to use a template, but can
only get one page to work or we lose formatting. How can we make this? Is
there a template I can use or do I need special word settings? Help
please!!! Also where can I get lots of images that will work with this that
I can use? Free or low cost is best.

Hi Snooky,

For Word mailmerge questions you may want to also post in the Mailmerge discussion group through the link below and describe the
layout of your newsletter (i.e. is it your own design or a template you downloaded from Microsoft, or other source [and a link to
the template if so], and describe what is in your document and what you're trying to merge, specifically (i.e. articles, addresses,
pictures, etc).

You may also want to have a look at http://office.microsoft.com/clipart for graphics.

Note that email newsletters may appear differently, or without graphics in the email products of your subscribers as they control
how contents are viewed. You may find that sending as a PDF attachment will end up with more consistent results.
