Tryin to do kind of letter with different names as greeting line. Input all
the data ok, right up to merge all recipients, but find that only the first
(or current) recipient will print out. Looking at the screen everything is
perfect, I can go from one page to another and all pages have different
names, but only the first name actually prints out. If I go onto print
preview only the current name appears and I find that as I scroll down
several pages, the pages begin to break up and I end up with the middle of a
page at the top.
Getting very frustrated, can anyone help, or put me in the right direction.
