Mail Merge

I am working on a mail merge. My fields in question are lookup fields,
When I do the mail merge, the number shows instead of the actual name.
My lookup is coming from a query. Can anyone tell me how to make the
merge return the actual name instead of the number?

?? Add the name field to the query, then include it in the Merge ??
