My problem is; When I try and mail merge (lables) from Microsoft Word (2003)
using an contact folder from Outlook (2003) the folder appears with the
addresses and then I get a message from Microsoft saying it has encountered a
major problem and must close. It automatically saves the file but when it
reopens there is nothing in the there. Should I try and reinstall Outlook or
is this using a shovel to kill a fly.
