Mail Merging with Office vX

When I try to create labels in a New Blank Document the Mail Merge
Manager just doesn't work. MMM is in the tools menu, but nothing
happens when I select it. Any ideas, anyone?

Not sure why nothing happens unless a macro has replaced the built-in
function.
