Mail Merging

I have been using Excel as my data source and Word to
print my invoices. I have been doing this for a long
time. Today, when I open the Word document, I cannot
turn the <<<ABC>>> icon from the merged fields to the see
the merged document. I am able to send to printer and
get the document but I have been emailing the current
invoice to my vendor. Any suggestions!! Thanks, Malinda
